We had a rodent-proof inspection conducted on our new house by Vinx Pest Control to get an idea of what it would cost us to prevent nature's critters from entering our home. The price seemed reasonable to seal up all entry points, but a bit steep for us to pay all at once without financing through a third party. So, to keep it feasible for us, we inquired if we could tackle sealing up our house's entry points in phases/sections to avoid having to finance the cost or pay a lump sum to which we were denied.
