So, we do not say this flippantly, Hannah Gonsorcik was the absolute best service person we have ever had visit us. She was very friendly and personable. She displayed a sincere personal interest in not only doing her job thoroughly, but in making sure our concerns were heard and addressed. Interestingly, we had another service person at our home at the same time. He stayed an hour and a half and only spoke to us twice. Coming in and going out. He did his job, but we were just a stop on his list. We applaud you for hiring women technicians they seem more empathetic, and Hannah is a shining example of a service professional.
