I contacted Critter Control on Thursday and ask them if they can come out Friday and they were here Johnny on the spot. I spoke with Ryan, who was very polite very helpful and answered every question that I had. It was such a pleasure not to feel pressured by sales people, as I had experience of that with Terminix. Luckily, Ryan was able to reassure me that I did not have any areas of intrusion into the inside of my home but there were some spots that needed to be cut back on the outside to get rid of some Shrubbery and tree matter that was pressing up against the soffits and fascia of my roof and no charge for the assessment. I told Ryan that I would definitely call him and his company again in the future if I have any other nocturnal visitors or daytime visitors running around outside of my house trying to get in and that I would have absolutely no problem telling other people about their company because I do feel that they are very honest and helpful business.
