Chris was brilliant , from the moment I called he explained exactly what the survey would consist of . Communication was great throughout , he responded quickly to my messages and emails and queries .The report was written within a short timeframe and was very detailed and included pictures which was a really nice addition , this meant that each part was easy to understand and explained well.
