Recently joined CrossFit Gallant. I love coming here! The coaches are great, so positive and encouraging, especially for someone like me… almost a whole 2 years of not being active. I feel safe in my workouts, knowing I am being coached with great attention to proper form rather than being pushed to heavier weights.

I dropped into the noon class last week and was so impressed with Coach Brittany. Not only was the WOD great but her warm up, coaching tips, and time management were spot on! Highly recommend this gym if you are in the area or just passing through.

This is my go-to Crossfit when I’m in town visiting family. The owners Drew and April and the coaches are responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, spending extra time to advise and help a drop-in like me. The community is welcoming, the gym is well equipped and well organized, and the workouts are challenging and satisfying. Highly recommended

There are multiple modifications to so many moves, so everyone is sure to get a great workout with this functional fitness. Before CF I needed a chair to put my air fryer in the cabinet above the fridge. After building some strength and using the Push Press move, I didn't need the chair anymore...and now I just pop it right up there with ease. I've been going for almost 5 months and have not been happier with my health and fitness in 10 years. If you told me 5 months ago I would be pulling 115lbs in a power clean, I'd have called you crazy! If you're on the fence about trying CrossFit, please DO IT! They prioritize community events, and something outside of class is always going on. From guys and girls nights, holiday gatherings, their own version of the open but team style, cook outs, newsletters, accountability games during the month, you'll quickly get to meet people who are happy to meet you. Drew’s hospitality is outstanding! He let me come drop in and join them for a few days until I was able to officially sign up and become a member at the start of the month! It is by far the best “box” I’ve been to in DFW. I should start by saying that April & Drew are great owners who have built an amazing community of athletes. They run a tight ship where the classes start on time and the warm-ups are taken seriously. The programming is varied and challenging. The coaches are all knowledgeable, positive and focused on their athletes as opposed to some other boxes where coaches just “hang out”. Members are all very friendly and work their butts off while being very supportive of each other. The facility has plenty of room and can accommodate large groups without feeling cramped and has plenty of space to run outside. “Drop-ins” are always welcome and are introduced to the group in the pre-WOD meeting which I think is a nice touch. CrossFit Gallant has been a great experience for me! I came into this knowing a lot about fitness but NOTHING about CrossFit. The few staff I was able to interact with during the event were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention the generosity they displayed by opening their facility for the Special Olympics Powerlifting Meet. An absolutely incredible experience. Dropped in for quick workout while traveling. Nice place, the coach helped me with my pullups and saw immediate improvement. Close to the airport for out of towners.

I dropped in here 6 times in 8 days. Coaches and athletes were all friendly and provided lots of encouragement! Nice to see the improvements since in the facility since my visit a year ago!

Great place for Adaptive athletes as well as able bodied. If you have a child or you yourself has some adaptive needs (wheelchair, prosthetics, mentally challenged), they are able to accommodate you! Just talk to Drew and he can guide you to the right coach! Great place

There were lots of scales for everyone, beginners and advanced athletes alike. 4) The coach gave me a couple of nice form tips. I've been crossfitting for a while and I find sometimes more experienced athletes are ignored in favor of beginners, who need more help. I have been at Gallant for about 9 months now, and have seen incredible gains in my strength, stamina, and overall physical/mental health. I am addicted. But it didn't start that way. I was a total beginner 2 years ago - could barely do a push-up, couldn't touch my toes, and pull-ups were out of the question. But I went to the free community Saturday classes with my friend for a few months and started seeing results. They scale everything to your ability level. Yes, I was still sore every time. But it got better. And I was getting stronger each time I went, able to lift a few more lbs or move faster. I started seeing definition in my muscles first, then a few lbs drop. Now, I am able to touch my toes after an entire lin life of not being flexible enough. I finally got my first pull-up at the end of 2016, and just this past week did 45 of them in a workout. It is empowering. It is amazing to be nearing 40 years old and a mother, and be the strongest I have ever been in my life. But one of the best perks from all of this, is the community I have become a part of. Amazing athletes and friends. Truly genuine people that I love to exercise with and cheer on. I have made many friends, which I didn't know was possible at a "gym." But it is more than a gym, it is my fitness family. I always looked forward to the workout of the day. Somehow, day in day out, it never felt stagnant. No matter where you are in your fitness level or goals, the programming is made to push you at all levels of fitness. The coaching is sincere and motivating. (shout out to my 5:30am coaches.) Thank you Coach Drew for creating a satellite membership allowing me to stay on Sugar WOD. Like most boxes, CG uses the Sugar WOD App to post the Workout of the day. It allows you to track your lifts and overall progress. I enjoy the social aspect of posting workout results. Although I do not enjoy working out on my own, It is the next best thing since I am not close to a gym anymore. I follow along with the workouts and continue my life long fitness journey. (Initial Review) Great programming great coaches. This is the only work out routine that I have been able to keep up for longer than a few months. Great time! Hard work out. Drew the instructor was very welcoming and knowledgeable. If you're looking for an amazing workout and tired of your normal routine, this is definitely worthwhile. One hour and your finished. Will come again.

For the out-of-towners that come to DFW area...this is a very legit box! As a pilot I go to a lot of CF Boxes (as I travel a BUNCH) and this one has good training, a high level of movement integrity amongst the athletes, good community, and solid coaching. Plus, they welcome drop-in's...definitely recommend...hope this helps...

The outstanding coaching and the programming have helped me to get stronger and to put me on track to meet my fitness goals. Drew, April and Bryce (coaches) are three of the greatest people I have met. They help tailor the workouts to the needs of each individual athlete at our box and they make sure that our form and techniques are correct to insure that we do not hurt ourselves at all times. It is an awesome atmosphere and I love the fact that if I need to bring my children with me I can. I don't have to worry about missing a workout just because I have kids. They have a kids area in the back where the athletes are not bothered and the kids are safe from flying kettle bells. :) They have various hours to accommodate all athletes and our coaches are really good about communicating any changes to hours or if we have any special events. I love this place and can't say enough about it. It's my home away from home. Less

I tried this gym with a Groupon. The owner was extremely disrespectful to me when I was unable to adhere to his schedule and I heard his wife speaking with another client the same way, which made me uncomfortable. I am literally appalled at the way I was treated. I definitely do not support fitness establishments that are not welcoming and promote all over well-balanced healthy lifestyle.
