I have coordinated with the Hilton Ocala team on many different events (meetings, parties, etc.) and they always knock it out of the park. From the early stages of booking/planning up until after the event, they make sure they meet every need you may have. The food is exceptional and always hits the mark (they accommodate well for food allergies and diets). The staff that work the events take pride in what they do and provide stellar service. We also use the Hilton Ocala for hotel reservations when we have people traveling in from out of town. Accommodations are always excellent, they meet every need we have. Thank you!!!

The UCF/HCA FL Ocala Anesthesia Program fully enjoy the Hiton Ocala Convention Services in June 2025. Alice Coley the convention service manager was awesome, she paid attention to details, she showed up and showed out. The ambiance was excellent, and the food was mouth wateringly good. Keith the person who was in charge of electronics was very patient and responded promptly to all our request.

Alice and her team were wonderful to work with! My event was a family celebration for 16 people. Alice always got back to me quickly when I had questions, and helped me think out what was needed in the room and how to organize the space and timing. Alice, Jeremy, and Joshua were both friendly and professional. Good food, too. Their organization, responsiveness, and professionalism kept the stress from planning an event low and all the guests enjoyed themselves. Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of attending an event at the Hilton Ocala, and it was a flawless experience from start to finish! The ballroom was beautifully decorated, and the seating arrangements were perfectly organized, creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing the culinary excellence of the venue. The entire team did an amazing job ensuring everything ran smoothly, making it one of the best event venues in Ocala. On top of that, the convenience of ample free parking and the option to stay onsite made our visit even better. We enjoyed a comfortable stay at the hotel and had a fantastic breakfast at the onsite restaurant the next morning. We will definitely be back for future events. Highly recommend the Hilton Ocala for any occasion!
