I went to this gym after years of not being able to find a fitness routine to stick to. The trainers and other members are very welcoming of anyone at any fitness level. It has been 4 weeks since I am with FCF and am so glad I found them. I love my 5AM group sessions with our coach John. He ensures to adjust my postures every time and is very encouraging.
