Best contractor experience I've had in years. Mr. Smart showed up on time to evaluate the job. He had shingle samples on hand. He provided a long list of references without being asked. I had the written estimate within 24 hours. The job was scheduled well in advance with no deposit required. Materials were delivered on time. The job started on time and finished on time. The crew cleaned the yard and gutters. Mr. Smart registered the new solar vents for me, provided a certificate of completion for my insurance company, and provided invoices for the solar vents so I can claim deductions on my income taxes. Advanced Home Exteriors did a great job on replacing my siding , gutters and painting my house . It was a high quality job and they finished right on schedule . They used an experienced crew of 4 or 5 workers and showed up on time and worked all day . It took them 11 business days to finish the siding and painting and another day for the gutters . It was a very large job but they had all of the equipment to work on my 3 story home . They left my outside clean everyday and picked up after themselves. They are insured as well and that is a big plus when someone is working on your property . I didn’t have to call them back out to touch up , they left everything in excellent shape. Less

Advanced Home Exteriors replaced out windows and siding in Feb/Mar 2024. Kelly Smart was our sales and contact person during the whole process. He was great! Very helpful with making some decisions, and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Our installation team was fantastic as well. We had some issues come up during the install (due to initial construction) and they would explain them to us and come up with a plan to fix it. The kept the inside of the house clean while doing the windows and would clean up everyday before they left. Home repairs aren't fun, but Kelly and his team at Advanced make the repairs as easy as possible. I've been a customer long enough that they've replaced my roof twice (thank you, freakishly large hail) and both times the process was smooth and professional, with great-looking results. This most recent time I was having issues with my insurance adjuster so Kelly offered to meet him at my house to save me further frustration with the guy. Advanced also replaced most of my windows, which is honestly one of the best upgrades I've done to my 1970's house, and the windows at this point are 13 years old or so and still look great. Kelly is always quick to respond to my questions/issues and is great to work with. And since my house isn't getting any younger, I see them doing more work in the future (hello, Hardie plank siding!). Less
