This is an amazing company! I ordered a custom shirt as a gift and they created exactly what I had envisioned. I was nervous because my design was pretty intricate and there were many small lines, however, it looked perfect. I ordered a custom shirt before from an online company, and this was definitely higher quality.I am located in Tallahassee but requested shipping. There was an issue (not with T-Shirt Envy but either my apartment building or USPS) and it was sent back. In response to this, they personally dropped the shirt off to me. Super professional and kind. Highly recommend!I read some reviews on lack of quality but I have to say a part of the responsibility definitely lies on the customer also. For my highly detailed design, I researched what fabric and printing method would work best for what I wanted. I also looked into specs on the best format for me to share my artwork with the company to ensure clean line results. T-Shirt Envy shares a lot of this information on their site. If you can put in the effort on your end, they will definitely match it and then some.

I ordered some last minute t shirts because our band was having our anniversary party and the other printer had some issues. They were very reasonable with their prices and came through for us last minute! The shirts are nice quality and our design looks great. The guy on the phone was a bit pessimistic when I told him I had been emailing with someone who said they would do it same day, he said he was doubtful we would get it same day. I'm glad he was wrong and that he wasn't the person I had been working with. I never got that person’s name that was helping me the whole time, and we only emailed. If I was working with the same person I would definitely do business again!
