I was very impressed by their professionalism and the speed. The sales rep Michael Cowen did a great job explaining the options I had for both the roof and financing, and the project manager Mike Derewyanko and his team were able to knock out the roof in a day. Our mid-size home had all supplies delivered on a Friday, then crew team of 9-11 arrived Monday, removed roof, installed new barrier and shingle roof (and a sizeable Flat roof), plus all inspections (including final) by 5:00 same day! Once I contacted them, Darrin provided a thorough and quick estimate (which was lower than the other approved contractors!). When the paperwork was signed, the process was shockingly smooth. James, the owner, kept me informed as to the permit process and called me to set up the start date. He was always available. Mike, the project manager, was on time and his team was quick and efficient. Their cleanup was great. Mike kept me updated with all the subsequent inspections and within seven calendar days, my roof was done, and every inspection was passed. It was organized. And it looks great! After receiving the MySafeFloridaHome grant approval, I started my search for a participating roofer in Palm Beach County. After several quotes, I selected Reliable Roof Pros of Jupiter because I was impressed with Michael’s knowledge of the grant grogram, professionalism and communication skills. I felt very comfortable speaking with him and was confident he could get the job done. My roof protect was further complicated by its third floor location, requiring a crane, and a rail component. I felt super comfortable discussing concerns and project details directly with Michael, as my husband was often working. Phone calls, emails and texts were promptly responded to and project details were discussed at length and in terms I could understand. The job was so well coordinated that it was completed in 2 days even though adjustments had to be made to the scope of work after we saw the damage under the existing roof. Michael worked well with our rail contractor and town officials in Juno Beach, both police and building departments. He had no problem stopping into the Town Hall and discussing all project concerns when questions were over my head. Permits were applied for, paid for and approved quickly.
