I can safely say that our wedding day would not have been the same without Brodie, Dara, and their team. If I could give them a million stars for a review I would! We met Brodie and Dara at on of the Frederick wedding expos, and we knew from the moment we met them that they were special. From the start, we could tell that they had an unmatched passion for customer service and capturing one-of-a-kind shots. We had researched and met with photographers before meeting Brodie, and although his portfolio of exquisite and unique photography drew us to him, it was his and Dara's personalities and professionalism that sealed the deal for us. Brodie worked with our budget to establish a package that best suited us. We signed a contract with them on the spot, and we knew they would make the perfect addition to our list of wedding vendors. Even though we booked Brodie almost two years before our wedding date, he was always responsive and made us feel like a priority when corresponding via email/text/phone. I never felt rushed when talking to Brodie about our wedding, even after keeping him on the phone for hours going through the nitty gritty details of our wedding day timeline. Before our wedding, Brodie and Dara helped capture our engagement shoot as well. We had never participated in professional photography, but despite our nerves going into it, we felt instantly comfortable when Brodie got behind the camera. Brodie and Dara went out of their way to make us look and feel like our best selves. They're both also very respectful and open to feedback when expressing interest/disinterest in certain poses, and made sure our own vision was captured rather than pushing us to do whatever they wanted. After that first shoot, we had absolute confidence in them for our wedding day. On our wedding day, Brodie and his team arrived even earlier than expected. I remember that morning I was feeling a little overwhelmed at one point, but as soon as Brodie walked through the door, those feelings disappeared. I knew everything was going to run smoothly when they arrived, and it did! Dara spent the morning with the women and Brodie with the men to capture getting-ready photos. Dara didn't just quietly stay behind the scenes taking photos....Dara jumped right in to help "direct traffic", keep organized and on schedule, hype the bridal party up, and calm me down when speed bumps came my way. I felt very at ease all morning because of her. I know my husband feels the same way about Brodie's level of service with the groomsmen. At the ceremony and reception, Brodie's team were like ninjas! They were everywhere and nowhere all at once. They were able to capture every important part of our day, yet somehow blended in so seamlessly. They were easy to find when needed, but hidden and stealthy to the crowd. I think this is a sign of a talented, experienced group of photographers/videographers. Brodie takes his job VERY seriously, and will go above and beyond at all times to get the best shots. I remember at one point he wanted to capture a sunset shot of my husband and I, but the clouds weren't cooperating! Instead of giving up and moving on, Brodie stuck it out and waited for the perfect moment of sunlight to get the perfect shot. And let me say, it was WORTH IT!! All of our wedding photos and video were OUTSTANDING and looked like they came straight out of a magazine. Brodie and Dara know how to make you feel like a celebrity on your wedding day, and they really kept us smiling the whole time. They have a gift when it comes to making you feel like the most important person in a room. I can go on and on forever about how much we love Brodie and Dara and the incredible work they do. They are a cut above the rest in the photography industry. They were easily some of our favorite people we've ever worked with, and we look forward to working with them again in the future. By far the best expereince I have had with any photographer! Brodie and his entire team are amazing! They are super personable, and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed on our wedding day. The whole process was so easy and stress free. Brodie and Dara made our day everything we wanted and without them it wouldn’t have been as perfect! They were on top of everything and took control of the day which we appreciated! The venue coordinator was nice but Brodie and Dara ran our day!
