Hi Team, As per my email, due to the sudden work schedule change, I’m travelling around Australia for work. I’ve signed a 12 month contract and have requested for you to make it monthly so that I can come back on for the month in Melbourne. I haven’t received a response back. Your facility and trainers are fantastic, but is this the type of gym that locks you in a contract, forces you to pay and ghost? How would I go about getting a cancellation on the membership? Less
