After calling around to dozens of the "top" Google searches, I finally made it to Trigger. They should be at the top of that list! Not only did they quote me an extremely affordable rate in comparison to the "top" companies, they were able to come get me in under an hour! If I had gone with one of the first twenty or so, I'd be dealt with in 2-5 hours! But within 40 minutes of my call to them, I was up and away! The dispatcher was extremely easy to talk to. It was like chatting with an old friend really! They (Lisa) took the time to ensure I was safe and had done everything needed to ensure I stay as safe as possible. They also took the time to help me pinpoint just where I was located. I am pretty poor with technology, so for me it wasn't just as easy as hitting a button and calling it a day. She figured it all out and had a driver there in no time! The tow operator (Derec, I believe), was awesome too! Just the kind of human I needed in my life after being so kindly honked and shouted at by all those "great" Calgarians, to whom I inconvenienced by at least twenty seconds on their commute, lolol! I digress, he was also just like an old friend. Easy to talk to, kind and even went out of his way to ask if I needed anything to eat or drink as if I had been out there for the entire day! I've used AMA many times in the past and not once was offered a bottle of water or anything even close to that! He even went as far as to offer me.a cigarette, which I almost took him up on, if not for the fact that his kind and friendly demeanor had already knocked my stress down to manageable levels! Point being, if I had asked a family member to help me out, I don't think they would've treated me as well as Derec did (really hope I am not messing up his name, the guy is a gem!). He got me back to where I needed to be, safe and sound and even parked my beast better than I could've if the bloody thing was running!!! The whole shitty situation was made so very much better just because the people at Trigger are just damn fine individuals. When you are in a bind like I was, I couldn't think of a better place to call for a hand! Hell, I would've hopped back in the cab and finished the shift with Derec, if not for my Healthcare needs lol! Big thanks to the entire team at Trigger!!!
