From the initial call for help to the cleanup at the end, this company has been in clear contact, has been speedy in replies and work scheduled/completed, and has been kind, friendly and respectful. Jake went above and beyond to answer all questions, update me with all insurance steps and communications, and even moved my laundry dryer back in place and hooked it all back up after all the work was done without it being expected or requested. 10/10 would work with this company again. When we discovered a wet, hanging ceiling (under our refrigerator) in our finished downstairs room, I was in a panic. It was early on a Saturday afternoon, and every appliance repair company was closed until Monday . By sheer luck, I found Household Environmental and hit the jackpot. I got a prompt call back from Jake who came over to evaluate the situation. He deemed it an emergency situation & set up blowers & dehumidifiers up and downstairs.
