I can't say enough good things about the team at Units Orlando. Their office staff is incredibly organized and their drivers are incredibly careful. I almost didn't book with them because their sales line isn't staffed over the weekend. Thankfully, I waited until the following Monday. Their schedule of being able to drop off on a Friday and pick up on a Monday ended up working well for us. I would also mention that packing a storage unit one time is WAY BETTER than rushing to pack a truck and unload a truck in the same day. Less

With some companies it’s hard to close your account with them, but this company was very understanding and was willing to work with us! Absolutely the greatest experience! Ron is exceptional. We needed a unit quickly and he went above and beyond and literally MILES out of his way to get us a unit. There are not many genuine ,stand up people left in this world and it was refreshing to have the privilege of meeting one. First, Chris W. ... the long distance move coordinator for Units did an outstanding job, he was always available and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Each and every aspect of the process from dropping off the container in CA, picking it up, shipping it across the country, storing it in their warehouse for several weeks and then delivering it to our new home and picking it up a few days later went very smoothly. They were always on time and each of the personnel we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. If you are ever in need of this type of service, you cannot go wrong with this company.
