All I had to do was follow the instructions for check out. Which just involved taking pix of the vehicle to document any damage that was already there, plus pix if the fuel gage and mileage. Simple. I opted for a Ford f150 because I was concerned about icy roads and I needed room for snowboards. It was everything I needed. I am already planning my next trip and will Absolutely use them again. Car was in a convenient location. They dropped it very close to start time for low fee to exit the parking garage. This was very nice compared to other cars we’ve rented where car was farther away. Car was clean and in good condition. Full tank on arrival. Added a car seat as an extra and it was appropriate for what we needed and in good condition. I will rent again from this fleet next year.

The car was everything that was described and navigated the canyons of Alta and Snowbird despite 3+ feet of snow while we were there. Anyone considering renting their vehicle through this company, I’d be happy to show you all the damage my Jaguar endured going through this company. Breach of contract many times. Found them lying on “repair” receipts which led me to end my relationship with them early. Wasn’t worth the $650 earned off the $4,000 they made from my car.

The space was super tight with all our luggage but we managed it and once we settled, it was no issue. Plenty of room for the five of us. We had a ski rack which held all 5 skis nicely. The rack did not lock. That was our only concern but we used our ski Velcro pads to hold it together. Communication was good on how to return the vehicle and where to park etc. This was our first time using Turo and this host. It was a great experience. We will definitely do it again. Less
