All I had to do was follow the instructions for check out. Which just involved taking pix of the vehicle to document any damage that was already there, plus pix if the fuel gage and mileage. Simple. Car was in a convenient location. They dropped it very close to start time for low fee to exit the parking garage. This was very nice compared to other cars we’ve rented where car was farther away. My first Turo experience was terrific. The instructions from Jay were clear and concise. The car was everything that was described and navigated the canyons of Alta and Snowbird despite 3+ feet of snow while we were there. And the price was significantly better then the rental agency estimates I received (plus they could not guarantee a 4x4 car)!

Anyone considering renting their vehicle through this company, I’d be happy to show you all the damage my Jaguar endured going through this company. Breach of contract many times. Found them lying on “repair” receipts which led me to end my relationship with them early. Wasn’t worth the $650 earned off the $4,000 they made from my car.

Super easy to rent a car from here. Great price for a full-size SUV. I rented from other owners and companies on the Turo app but this one was super easy with an extra bonus of also being in the parking garage versus long-term parking, made it super easy to carry out all of our ski equipment.

The space was super tight with all our luggage but we managed it and once we settled, it was no issue. Plenty of room for the five of us. We had a ski rack which held all 5 skis nicely. The rack did not lock. That was our only concern but we used our ski Velcro pads to hold it together. Communication was good on how to return the vehicle and where to park etc. This was our first time using Turo and this host. It was a great experience. We will definitely do it again. Less

One of the best rental experiences I have had in a long time. Clear instructions easy drop off and pick up. No fumbling with a lock box or waiting on a code. A person hands you the keys and takes you right to your car. So no walking around some airport lot for 20 minutes looking. I will be renting here again.

Original car we rented became unavailable before our trip but was quickly and easily replaced by another sport, AWD SUV that handled the SLC snow well. Owners provided very clear instructions and picking up/dropping off was very easy. Would rent with them again.
