Cleanliness is maintained better than I expected for a busy gym. Equipment is usually wiped, and there are cleaning sprays available. One day the washroom needed attention, and staff cleaned it after a request. That’s fine with me as long as issues are addressed quickly. Overall, it feels like a disciplined environment where members also cooperate.

Incredible community and amazing coaches. Makes you want to workout every day… and there is always availability across time slots. Blessed to have this guy in our hood. Highly highly recommend for people at all levels… the coaches do an excellent job tailoring the workout to fitness levels and any injuries as needed.

The trainers and people that attend LWCF are amazing! It's such a fun and supportive environment to train in. Everytime I leave a class I feel happy and strong.

LWCF is a welcoming and friendly gym. I would recommend to athletes of all levels. I have enjoyed my time here and always feel better mentally and physically when I leave. I'm very glad I joined!

Great place to train strongman! (I bet the CrossFit is good too, but I've only done their Saturday strongman session) Great equipment and better community!

They customize to your level and have a great supportive community
