Dr. Parsons is an excellent surgeon with an excellent staff and Portsmouth Hospital is first class! He replaced one of my hips and a knee. I was on my feet very quickly after both surgeries. I'm extremely pleased with my recovery and I'm thankful I had such an amazing surgeon!
