Bob and his team were fantastic to work with. They were very quick to respond to all emails and calls and we never had to wait long for an appointment. Flying squirrels had made a home in our attic and the team spotted 3 possible entrances on the exterior of our house. They quickly installed one way doors for the squirrels to exit and not be able to get back in. The work came with a one year warranty. One year later our flying squirrels returned. Although our warranty was expired by a few weeks, Bob still honored our warranty! The team is coming back this week to work on the new entry ways the squirrels have found. Humane, friendly to apex predators upstream (no poison), very knowledgeable and professional and guaranteed work. They did a squirrel remediation on my home and while the squirrels were angry at me and shouted at me through the windows for a couple of days, I was thrilled to not have them building condos in my walls anymore. NSWM made sure to time the eviction with the reproduction of the squirrels so no babies got left behind. Everyone was packed up and moved out within a week and they haven’t been back. This company solved my rodent (mice) problem. I was at my witts end dealing with mice. I had another exterminator addressing the issue, but all they did was put poison in my basement drop ceiling. This did not solve the problem. I spoke to Bob and he was wonderful and honest. They use the old fashioned traps with peanut butter. By the 3rd week my issue was eradicated! I was VERY happy!! They were also very good at exclusion, very neat. I plan on having them come out 2x a year to make sure that all holes and cracks are plugged.I had been dealing with mice problem for a year before calling NS Wildlife. If you are dealing with mice, poison inside the house is NOT the best way to deal with it. The traps catch the mice and then the technician can look to see how many males, and females were caught. The traps kill instantly not like poison. Poison can take up to 3 days. I think that’s cruel plus they die in your house.I was so thankful for Bob and his technicians.Thank you!Meg from Saugus. Less

We had a family of groundhogs that had taken residence on our property, and while they were certainly fun to watch, they were also wreaking havoc on our garden and tunneling close to our foundation, so we called North Shore Wildlife.Bob and Chris were super responsive, gave a clear indication of what services they could provide, and a fair quote. Bob and Brad also did a great job explaining the humane trapping process, setting the traps, and when we found a trapped groundhog, they were at our place in short order to remove the groundhog and reset the trap.Bob and his team were excellent to work with, and I was impressed with Bob's innovative approach to removing different animals that might be sharing your home and property, as well as sharing information about the animals they were assisting us to remove.Highly recommend, and while I hope I don't need wildlife removal services anytime soon, I know who to call! They were incredibly responsive via text from the first contact on. They began the very next day and put out “harm-free” traps over the course of a week, managing to trap a whopping seven raccoons. One of their reps even wormed his way into a tiny crawl space under our deck to rescue a baby raccoon with compassion and care (after hours, at the start of a holiday weekend, no less!) The previous owners of our house had a major mice and bat infestation, and the entire attic was contaminated and smelled. We wanted a clean space before we added new blown-in insulation. North Shore Wildlife did a complete attic clean-out and sanitation for us. They removed all of the contaminated Fiberglas insulation, meticulously vacuumed up all the droppings and other debris, and disinfected the area. It was a big job that they spread over two half days, which actually worked out well. They were hard working, professional, kept disruption to a minimum, and left the area thoroughly cleaned.
