My daughter and I went to see Kieran this morning, and both benefitted from some much-needed treatment. My daughter can always do with a 'tune-up' as she does a lot of squad gymnastics, and my back has needed some tweaking. Tom at Step into Health Care has been great. Friendly, knowledgeable and very good at explaining what the issues are and how to work on them with exercises. He also explains everything he does before starting so you always feel comfortable. I was incredibly impressed with the thorough and wholistic approach during my first consultation. Each session since has been equally helpful as Kieran has actively listened to my explanations, as well as his own assessments of what my body is doing.
