We were confirmed to rent a uHaul from this company at 1pm. When we showed up to the site, the doors were locked. We called the company and they told us to cancel our reservation as the employee would not be back from lunch until 3. There were no signs on google or their store that said the store would be closed for lunch so we were completely confused. We had to go down the street to another uHaul rental place at 1055 Vaughn Rd and they were able to accommodate us. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place for a uHaul rental if you want an easy and smooth transaction. Just go down the street! Less

The original job that Roy and his crew did looked great, but we experienced a little problem. Roy came up with a solution and returned to fix it within a couple weeks. He kept me well informed throughout the process and the final product looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them. Less
