We were confirmed to rent a uHaul from this company at 1pm. When we showed up to the site, the doors were locked. We called the company and they told us to cancel our reservation as the employee would not be back from lunch until 3. There were no signs on google or their store that said the store would be closed for lunch so we were completely confused. We had to go down the street to another uHaul rental place at 1055 Vaughn Rd and they were able to accommodate us. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place for a uHaul rental if you want an easy and smooth transaction. Just go down the street!

The original job that Roy and his crew did looked great, but we experienced a little problem. Roy came up with a solution and returned to fix it within a couple weeks. He kept me well informed throughout the process and the final product looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

Roy, the owner gave me some awesome advice/information on turf! I ended up doing my own install. Roy was happy for me; he’s a class act! He has other products at his office/warehouse: flooring, umbrellas ( best price) outdoor furniture etc…. Go check him out before you go out of town- you’ll be surprised! He will work with you- no pressure whatsoever! THANK YOU ROY FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

From the beginning of walking in and getting a quote to the end of the project, Roy and his team have been incredible. Communication, craftsmanship and of course affordability, Premium Turf Outlet has really exceeded my expectations. Roy was awesome in helping me design areas we weren’t sure about. We are extremely satisfied and happy. Will be definitely coming back for our backyard, sooner than later as Roy created a payment plan that worked out well for us. Thank you Roy!
