I called and asked about a quote on auto insurance, as soon as I asked the person on the line about it she instantly said no, and hung up. I’ve called back multiple times, it instantly went to voicemail. This lady needs to be off the phone and fired. I don’t know who got her panties in a wod, but maybe get out the wedgie before you work in customer service.
