The best gym experience I've had by far. The workout is well choreographed and the trainers really focus on making sure you are performing the movements correctly and safely. More than anything though I want to emphasize the community - both staff and fellow attendees are friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend!

The most well run, organized and coached gym I've been into (and I've been in a lot of gyms). Top of the line equipment and immaculately clean. This community has some of the nicest and most welcoming people in it which makes the entire experience from the first day so amazing! This is the place to go for your fitness and so much more!

High recommendation! My biggest impression is that CrossFit is a caring community, with well trained trainers, and a clean environment. The trainers connect well with each individual in the class. There is a lot of encouragement to both work hard as well as embrace where you are at your own level of growth and development.

I recently joined CrossFit DOD and am so glad I did. I love the communal aspect. Coaches and class mates that genuinely care about your progress. I also love the time that the Coaches take to explain workouts, go through the movements and warm-up. If you’re looking for a gym and don’t know where to start I highly recommend taking advantage of their free first class to try it out.

CrossFit Doors of Daring is great place to work out for kids, adults and the whole family in one place. We love ❤️ it and everyone is so friendly and supportive!!!!!

Awesome gym with amazing coaches!

Just dropped in there for the second time in the last month visiting my girlfriend. Had such a fun time and a great workout. The coaching is high-level but easy to follow, the community is kind and welcoming, and the facility is spacious and clean.

Love this place and all the trainers. Such great energy and positive reinforcement. Place is crazy clean as well.

Excellent, clean gym—safe yet intense workouts. Knowledgeable staff cares to help anyone from the beginner to the adept. This was my first visit, and it was such a wonderful and inviting experience. I'll for sure be back! The teacher was amazing. She was incredibly supportive and helpful. Additionally, the individuals you worked out with were fantastic to be around. Such a wonderful community. I could not have asked for a better introduction to any new crossfit gym.

This is an amazing facility. Very friendly and welcoming owners. The community are lively and fun to be around. From the anesthetics, to the equipment, to the personnel, this is a first class box and community. An absolute visit if you are in the area. I'll definitely be going back.

Stay far away- way overpriced to get talked down to by your coach. the members are great and welcoming but the adult coaches are immature and self centered- don't waste your time or money. not welcomed unless your a perfect chisled athlete

Our family joined DOD in 2020 and it has been amazing. I love that it is a place that all 6 of us can workout together. My kids range from 16-7 years old and they love it. The coaches are great! They are such good role models for children to look up to.

Went to a weekend weightlifting class taught by Coach Jacob while I was in NC visiting family. I do not have experience with crossfit or weightlifting, but Coach Jacob did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and helping ensure I understood the different types of movements. A really fun and encouraging gym for all levels. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

My wife and I dropped in over Thanksgiving weekend 2020, had a fantastic experience. We stepped into an almost brand-new 7,000 ft +/- box - squeaky clean with top notch Rogue equipment. Excellent coaching, great community and a great overall experience. We have dropped into many boxes all over the US, Canada and Europe and this was one of the nicest spaces we have experienced. Check it out.

Definitely come here if you want to have a good time lifting and crossfitting. Staff is friendly and personable and they also created a member base with people that are willing to push each other. We enjoyed our workout with Sara this morning. This is a great Crossfit gym with plenty of high quality equipment, great instructors, large space, high ceiling and air conditioning. The drive from our house ( near Ardrey Kell High School) only took 15 minutes. I can not think of any negatives.

I've done a lot of group fitness, mainly focusing on bootcamp style workouts, but have always been a bit nervous about CrossFit. Having no experience with pushing heavier weights, barbell exercises, and gymnastic movements has kept me away in the past. I'm glad I broke through those doubts and gave CrossFit Doors of Daring a try. You walk in and immediately feel welcome. The coaches meet you where you are in your fitness journey, scaling the workouts to push you past your comfort level but not your capability level. Regardless of your level of CrossFit or exercise experience, I have no doubt that the coaches will be able to challenge you, keep you exercising safely, and help you meet your fitness goals. While CrossFit is a main component of this facility, it's not all they offer. Nutrition and Weightlifting coaching are also available from an experienced nutritionist and weightlifting coach. Pretty unique to have all of these options available in a single facility! Truly a one-stop shop for building strength and overall fitness and health. Dropped in this morning to check out the 5:30 class and had an absolute blast. The coaching is top notch and you can really appreciate the attention to detail put into all aspects of the facility the minute you walk through the door. Great people. Great programming.
