I highly recommend this gym. You will get into shape! The workouts can be scaled for all fitness levels so if you are fit, you will get a great workout. If you are working on becoming fit, you will get a great workout. The coaches keep an eye on your form to ensure you are doing all of the movements properly so don't worry if you haven't lifted weights before! Everyone there is encouraging! They offer a free class so give it a try!

I cannot say enough good things about CF DoD. Their new facility sparkles and everything is brand new with a large variety of equipment. The coaches/owners are passionate, attentive and extremely qualified, and show great care and concern for all, whether you are brand new to a gym or an experienced veteran. They are very engaging and attentive to individual requirements or modifications. Additionally, they excel at creating and fostering a community of supportive, kind, and encouraging friends - regardless of skill level. Cannot say enough good things about this gym. The programming is wonderful and the coaches are even better! In one month my endurance has improved so much thanks to my membership! I’ve always loved CrossFit and am so glad to have found such a supportive group of people as I improve upon my fitness.
