Although I only expressed displeasure in my brow wrinkle, she injected the units other places in my face where I have no wrinkles, but I trusted she knew what she was doing. I thought that was also strange. She said it would be 3-10 days before I noticed any results. After three weeks, there was no change in my face. I called the office to speak with someone to figure out if this was normal, and the girl on the phone told me that since Dysport is the smallest molecule, it “doesn’t work for everyone.” I was shocked to hear that, as that information certainly was not relayed to me when I initially came in. If I had known there was even a chance that the procedure would not produce any results, there’s no way I would have gone through with it, because I don’t like taking risks. She scheduled me to come in so yaz could look at it. Yaz tried to convince me that there was a noticeable difference and showed me the before and after photos, which looked the same to me. She tried to tell me that just because I wasn’t happy that it didn’t look the way I hoped, didn’t mean that it didn’t work. She then tried to sell me additional units. I have since discovered other reviews from others who had the same problem at this office. I know many other women in my family who have had Dysport done several times, and it produced beautiful results. Although I understand everyone’s body is different, I find it hard to believe that I’m the only one who didn’t respond to it. I have serious doubts that I got what I paid for, and wonder if it was mixed correctly. I do not suggest anyone spend money here, as it’s a gamble whether or not you’ll get anything in return. Less

I went in for a consultation and did not end up doing anything. The reason for this is because Yas was very professional and honest and I simply was not a great candidate for what I wanted to do. I'm very grateful she didn't just try to make a quick buck and go through with it anyway. Also she did not make me feel like a burden for taking up 30 minutes of her time which is rare these days.

Anyway I was quite about “those additional “ and I said “you are the pro and if you feel so, I’m fine with it.” After Yas she did the injections she said that the owner feels uncomfortable to have me as a client because initially I didn’t allow to make my pictures, and I have to look for the other providers. Well, why you didn’t refunded money when I came for my treatment and I didn’t allow to make any pictures of me?? Why you telling me this now when I came for my follow up and obviously not being happy about your service? .. Bottom line: I’d never recommend this provider!! 1) you never know how many units will be used and obviously Yas is playing with it, not honest and you cannot trust her: you’ll not get the amount you’ve paid. 2) Yas has tried to sell me some member package and not interested in the clients who just need the basic touch up. 3) Yas is not a good professional. Period. Also not sure about “the owner things” being the client. BS.. !! Don’t waist your time in general and look for elsewhere. I spent $275 and it’s a waist. You’ll not get what you paid for!! I received PRP microneedling and my fiancé said my skin looks “glowing” after just 2 days!! The whole procedure was painless and effortless. And the nurse who completed the procedure explained everything in detail and made the whole process better. I would highly recommend.

I had a really positive and relaxing experience. I had a PRP "vampire" facial. The location was convenient just off the I-10. The office is small but well equipped and very clean. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and all my questions were answered. I am really excited for the results and to go back.

Yas is super fun, very fun and tells it how it is. She is very gentle when drawing your blood and can even speak a little Spanish! I had 3 prp microneedling aka the vampire facial and my skin has been more dewy and I noticed the fine lines around my eyes have diminished! My sister and friends say I look younger.
