Not very competent or efficient service on the account side of things. Going on two weeks to set up an account is ridiculous. Left multiple voicemails with no response. Only person to ever call me back was Doug. If it wasn't for him I would have given up on using this company at all. Joyce must really not want any new accounts because she makes it so difficult to set up one. And she is almost impossible to get ahold of. I've purchased gas from Metro Welding for more than 10 years and their service has been exemplary. Their ultra high purity gases have always been just that - ultra high purity and I've need have a problem with their quality. I get next-day delivery on my cylinders, and it's easy to pay my bills online. They are not the least expensive in the area, however. But, you get what you pay for. Less
