After a disappointing experience at Main Kitchen restaurant in Hudson, where we had planned a romantic dinner, we stumbled upon Cardinal—and what a lovely surprise! The warm atmosphere and friendly staff immediately lifted our spirits. Good, satisfying brasserie food, a welcoming setting, and a truly talented singer who helped us forget the earlier disappointment.Highly recommended for a relaxed evening in Hudson, with live music and an atmosphere where you can still enjoy a conversation. So glad we ended up here!

Nice microbrewery. I really enjoy the open garage door concept, must be great in the summer. The beer was good and the service was friendly. I quite enjoyed the display of beers and was able to taste a couple of options before deciding on the amber. Pretty sure they do live music too.

Belle petite place, ambiance relax, musique de fond non désagréable, propre, bonnes bières. À fin d'amélioration et de suivre la vague des microbrasseries, les bières sans alcool avec bonnes saveurs sont manquantes. Sinon tout est parfait, nous allons y retourner.

Great Venue. Went for the stand up comedy show. Great food, great local beer selection.Fantastic staf and atmosphere!
