Dr Bing is very professional and very knowledgeable. I was nervous and tense and she addressed that and it calmed me down tremendously. She numbed my lips with dental block and the pain of the injections were very minimal. There was bruising and swelling however that was addressed and today day two, the pain is alleviated. And the swelling is not bad. I can see already I’m loving the way my lips are looking.. Don’t hesitate if you were thinking of having this treatment. I’m thrilled I took the leap! You won’t be disappointed!

Had an unpleasant experience trying to schedule my first apt with Dr. Bing. Lauren, who assisted me, wouldn’t take into consideration that I work office hours as well. I kept trying to schedule for a Friday or Saturday, but Lauren kept pushing dates I told her I could not make. It’s weird that she did not try to find an apt for the days I mentioned I could come in…even if it was a month or two out I would’ve been up for it. Which is too bad because I liked Dr. Bing’s Instagram.
