I met some Zen Air representatives at an art show. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. The price for the annual service contract was much better than our most recent service agreement, and I got a free inspection of our systems. When the service technician Arick visited us, he thoroughly inspected our systems and offered us what he found and what he recommended. We signed up for the service contract and told him we would consider what services we want done. Of course he wanted us to sign up then, but was ok with us deciding later. We definitely will get some of the services done, but on our schedule. He gave us his professional opinion on the value and urgency of the various things he found, and most were because our house was built over 20 years ago, and building codes changed.I like the low pressure approach Zen Air uses, and look forward to their services.
