This company is very pushy. I have explained to them numerous times that I was ONLY checking prices out in my neighborhood, generally just being nosey. I have also told them I am in NO way willing to sell or buy. I have also unsubscribed numerous times and still get emails from them. I understand in the real estate business you need to be aggressive, but this company is beyond, in my opinion.

If you are like me, busy realtor who loves to learn new strategies, pay the extra money. I have so many educational tools I buy but then they go on my to do list and seldom to I execute in a timely manner since I'm busy helping clients buy and sell real estate. Was able to implement Josh's strategy and use tools I hadn't used before. I was sending letters from my office, printing everything out and taking hours, switched on an online letter generator I learned about from his training. Sent one round of post cards and got a seller lead (not produced anything yet but working) on my second round of letters I was able to put together a 1.25 million dollar deal that I'm double ending.
