Our family was looking to build an accessible custom home that could accommodate our aging parents and fulfill our requirements for a growing family. Choosing a builder is a very stressful step as you are not only entrusting them with one of your largest financial decisions but it also impacts your family's future quality of life. After months of research and interviewing a dozen or so builders, we are so happy that we landed with Avvio Homes. We just finished the design phase of the process and the experience has been seamless. Vincent and Paul are both transparent, professional, meticulous and have a keen eye for detail. They were very upfront about budget and kept a tight communication channel to ensure that there are no unexpected surprises. No sugarcoating even if there is unpleasant news which is exactly what we were looking for in a builder. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to take that first step into a custom home build, you'll be in great hands.Update: have moved in and house looks amazing. Any issues and Avvio has been very responsive in remediating everything. Cannot recommend them enough
