I love CF Enoch! Lots of equipment, high quality coaching team, excellent owners (David & Amy), great range of class time offerings, temperature controlled play room for kids, really big rig and lots of bench/squat areas, and a really welcoming environment from the members. I’ve been in/out of CrossFit for 10ish years and a member of gyms in multiple states/countries (moved a lot) and this is by far my favorite box! Great place for regular human beings who want to exercise! If you’re intimidated to try CrossFit - just go. You’ll love it here. You’ll learn a lot. You’ll be a part of a group that will always cheer you on. If you’re a seasoned crossfitter - just go, you’ll also love it here :)

Update. Over 6 months being a regular and there's no other place I'd recommend if you're invested in being your best self, or just want to get a taste of what it'd be like to be a fitter you. All 8 of our coaches each bring their way of empowering you to be great, so you've never got to worry about classes being different depending on the coach. I went from using just a barbell when I started to doing my bodyweight in some lifts and wake up and go to bed much easier with little to no pain thanks to post accessory workouts following each class to make sure we leave feeling great and with no worries about the next day. We also have second Saturday workouts every month at 9:30, so people can get a free taste of the crossfit community!!! So come on!!!Just finished my first class at Crossfit Enoch. Everyone from the staff to your fellow workout classmates is welcoming and encouraging, and you get the sense that everyone has that same goal to just get themselves and others around them better. David is the man when it comes to going over what to expect and giving you that feeling that you can indeed do what you set out to here. If you're inexperienced like me (first time working out regularly ever), they're great at figuring out how you need to start as opposed to your experienced classmates and there's no shaming or awkward looks if you aren't pulling the same weights. Tim led my first class and he was great at showing appreciation for whatever effort I gave and encouraging, but not pushing to do more. He's aware everyone that comes here will get to their goals eventually. I'm so glad I made the decision to come here and I'll be going Monday-Friday after work!!! Might even drop by on some Saturdays as well.

CrossFit Enoch is awesome! I am absolutely so grateful and blessed to be able to come. It challenges me to go beyond my limits and focus on my goals. I absolutely enjoy the group environment- we are all focused on something and motivate each other to get there. Thank you to all the coaches for pushing us! I didn’t realize how much I needed CrossFit in my life until I experienced it. This place is so much more than a workout facility — it’s family. The community is incredibly welcoming, and the coaches don’t just throw you to the wolves; they guide you through each movement step by step, making sure you feel confident and supported. I absolutely love it here and can’t imagine my fitness journey without this place!

I have been to a couple of CF gyms, never felt quite at home until my boyfriend and I found CrossFit Enoch. The environment is fantastic and makes you feel right at home. They work with you, whether you have done CrossFit before or not. Will always recommend CrossFit Enoch to anyone looking for a gym!

This CrossFit gym is AWESOME! I haven’t worked out in a very long time. This place makes my soul happy. The community is so supportive and treats you like family! I couldn’t ask for a better place. I thank GOD everyday for this box! I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning but pushed myself to go. All the smiles, working together, laughing and pushing each other it’s worth it! Come kick some booty with us! Only 4 days in and I feel like I could take on the world!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the CrossFit Enoch community. Everyone is incredibly friendly, supportive, and welcoming. After being away from CrossFit for 5 years due to two traumatic injuries that required surgery, I was honestly terrified to come back. But Claire and David completely changed that for me. Their encouragement, knowledge, and patience helped me work through those fears and start rebuilding both my strength and confidence. The people here go above and beyond to help however they can, and it truly feels like a second family. Grateful to be part of such an amazing community again!

Dropped in the CrossFit Enoch while traveling for work. Great box with knowledgeable and excellent coaching. David kept me honest with demonstrating proper movements and stimulus for the workouts. People were welcoming and pushed me as well. Great culture and workout!

These guys are the best, I am a really big guy and may never be able to do some the exercises that they do there but don't let the fact that you may not be able to execute some of the skills they do. They will work with you to do what you can do and help to get you where you want to be in your fitness journey. I was really scared walking in knowing what I had seen in other CrossFit gyms. Don't be! They are amazing. I highly recommend this gym and these coaches.!!!!

started working out with them over a month ago. Good atmosphere. Great people. a ton of space and all of the coaches I have had have been great to help with form and motivation. Recommend this to everyone. I always was intimidated by crossfit, but it is for everyone that wants to get in better shape, not just the super competitive people.

As a heavier woman, it’s always been a challenge to find a workout routine that works for me. Here at CrossFit Enoch, I am supported and encouraged like I never have been in any activity I’ve ever done. I am challenged, the workouts are dynamic and different, and I’m reaching fitness goals and doing things physically that I never thought I would be able to do!
