During the week 14 May 2025 our geyser stopped heating, we contacted the previous repairer, who indicated the element was not working, we opted to do the repair through our insurance, Absa appointed Drain Meister to tend to the issue with, Upon inspection it was found that the geyser was without fault, and there was actually an electrical break between the DB and the geyser.We would like to thank Drain Master their OPS Manager and the team for their great service, work ethic and honesty.Mandy was excellent in that she assisted us all the way through as well as getting our claim tended for the electrical works.Thank You & Keep up the great service.
