Drain Meister offered me such great service. My toilet was leaking and I contacted them via WhatsApp and a technician was over within 15 minutes. It was late in the afternoon and they ordered and installed my new toilet the next day. Mandy was especially helpful and offered such great service, I was in a rush to have the toilet installed and despite them being fully booked Mandy was able to accommodate me with the team coming over and changing their schedule. I had an issue with my sink and plumbing related to same for weeks, I had a plumbed come out on 3 attempts and was unable to resolve the issue. On one call to Drain Meister, my appointment was confirmed, the plumbers were out within the hour, fixed the issues and I was my sink was back to working condition. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Drain Meister in a heart bear.
