An excellent service. Paul did my " surprise " 60th birthday party, and I was told he was there very early, capturing the layout of the room, and the guests as they arrived. During the party, he was unobtrusive, but captured everything. We received the finished video, and was very impressed with the quality and editing. He was very helpful on the telephone. Well done Sir 👍 However, I’m giving you a 4-star because I think you need to do more with interfacing with both parties involved in the wedding ceremony (the bride and the groom). All the information as regards the production of our video, the timing of delivery of the video and the little delay we experienced from you was not provided to me at all. I only got the info from my husband and even when I messaged you on WhatsApp to find out when we should expect our video, I didn’t get any response from you. I was not happy about that, if I’m being honest. I think you should interface with both parties equally as regards the production and delivery of their videos. Thank you. Less
