My husband and I recently signed up for this gym and we were so impressed from the start!Starting with first impressions, everyone we interacted with in person and online were so so kind. When we walked in for an in person tour, the person who helped us was so kind and informative (I’m kicking myself for not remembering her name).These pictures do not do it justice.. this gym is HUGE. I travel quite a bit for work and have seen my fair share of gyms and I have never seen so much equipment in one gym.Whenever we go in, Akemi always takes time out of her day to check in with us.The gym atmosphere itself is really welcoming and motivating. Love thia gym. I dropped in while traveling for business, and it was great. The staff, Sue were very kind and helpful. The facility is great, clean, spacious, and tons of equipment. If you're a gym nerd and like to see old hard to find machines, Clout is a must-see stop. Less

Love this gym! I mainly come for the CrossFit classes and always feel so encouraged by the other coaches and members. There are people of all ages and abilities - every workout is scalable and the coaches do a great job ensuring everyone is getting a safe and effective workout. If you feel intimidated to start, just try it! Less

I've been working out at this awesome gym for a few months now - as a female, it's great to find a "real" weight lifting and crossfit gym where I feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere is supportive and the facility is great - large, clean and with a TON of equipment options. Bonus, it's woman-owned!! Also, HIGHLY recommend Bill as a trainer, he has made a huge difference in my fitness level and strength already! Less

I have never been a member of a FINER GYM, than Crossfit Clout Gym. And one of the primary reasons is the management & leadership given by Suzanne Lopez. It is an extreme pleasure just to go to this Gym, and workout body, as well as mind & Soul. The 3 go hand in hand in a Person. This gym was awesome! I loved the old school, pumping iron feel. Place has everything you need to complete a workout weather that is cardio, free weights, machines, bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc. Plenty of options and a friendly staff as well. Only got to train here once when I was traveling for business but if I lived in the area I would absolutely join! Less

Half CrossFit Box, half all-purpose gym. I personally do not do CrossFit, however the general gym area is perfect for anyone serious about strength and conditioning. The gym is unassuming and equipped with everything you need (racks, benches, heavy DBs, hammer strength machines, rowers, etc.) without unnecessary machines and cardio equipment that just take up space. I typically use the gym in the morning, between 5:00-9:00 AM depending on my schedule, and it is never crowded. The only downside is it is a little pricier than the average big box gym but it is well worth it between the great equipment selection, friendly environment, and very accommodating staff! Less

Best gym I’ve even been to from east to west coast! Most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered, they make you feel like family. As for the most important part of a gym- they have every piece of equipment you could ever need!! There is so much space and they have set it up so that even during the usual busy times you never feel like a sardine trying to workout like at some gyms. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars!!!!! This is a really awesome facility that is not only home to crossfitters, but also has a regular gym with everything you could need for strength, conditioning and cardio. I am a professional athlete and this is where I’ve been doing my s&c. This is not a fancy spa-like club. It is a super-chill, comfortable environment. I love it that they usually have rock music playing on the Gym side of the facility. If you are in the Lakewood area and looking for a sweat, you should really check them out. Less

I had the pleasure of working out at this box/gym for 6 weeks while I was in town for work. The training staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating. These classes can be tailored for anyone at any fitness level. I highly recommend this gym. Less

This is one gym that I feel comfortable in. The crossfit classes are tough, always changing, and effective! The coaches are wonderful and work with you in any fitness level. I also love the free weights and machine side of the gym. Its a no-judgement and helpful environment. LOVE IT and highly recommend it! Less
