I have not seen a dentist in 13 years and got 2 teeth pulled and this staff made my experience totally comfortable. The doctor even talked me about not taking Nitrous aka " Hippie Crack" or called Seduction Therapy. I didn't need it. I d I'm feel a thing and the coolness of the dentist was so reassuring. I would recommend this place to anyone. Plus a huge discount. This establishment is a class act. Thanks

When I tell you that my confidence went up thanks to them,I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart! My front teeth were looking all messed up. Cavities, and a whole on one. They fix it so nicely. Nice staff! The Dentist is patient. They are all friendly. First time that I wouldn’t want to skip my dentist appointment. I love them!!

My first visit to Secure Dental was great. The parking lot was clean and accommodating for many vehicles. The building I was told remodeled in 2023 and looks fantastic inside out and throughout the various areas of Dental services. Staff was warm, friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Roo made me feel quite comfortable and provided me with a plan that I am excited to have him do and complete as soon as possible. I was impressed with the entire business and staff at Secure Dental. Another advantage for me is that I only live five minutes away by car.My 2nd visit to Secure Dental went as well as the first visit. Excellent job filing 3 teeth without anesthesia or pain. Dr. Roo is very good at what he does. He's considerate of the patient's wants and needs and provides excellent care administering his skilled services and for the 2nd visit I walked out with another big smile 😀

I have mixed feelings about this dental office. Dr. Roo and Dr. Lee are wonderful, and the staff has always been kind, caring, and welcoming. They make you feel like a person, not just another patient, and that's why I kept coming back.My only concern is the office manager. The last few visits, I've overheard her speaking harshly to the staff and talking about payroll and getting everyone out the door. Patients really shouldn't hear those kinds of conversations. It changes the atmosphere and makes the office feel uncomfortable. It's disappointing because the doctors and staff deserve better, and so do the patients.

I came to see Secure Dental and Dr. K Roo in extreme pain from an injury to two teeth. They did a restoration and an extraction on the spot while making sure I was completely comfortable and pain free for entire double procedure.My recovery is also very minimal swelling and pain that’s well controlled.Excellent staff and doctors not to mention a clean bright inviting office and patient areas.
