Very cool spot. It’s a welcoming and vibrant community with a ton of people. The coaches are engaged, convivial, stern when they need to be, and have been very gracious at letting me, an ole 🏈ballplayer open gym guy who does their own program, work around them without too much fuss. They are very engaged in the community and with charitable causes which is awesome to see and not something you see at every gym.It does tend to be a bit crowded most of the time, but that’s a credit to the coaching staff and owners because they keep people coming back. I’ve changed up my programming a bit so I can come in more days a week just because I enjoy the atmosphere and the energy because it motivates me to work harder.Haven’t tried any of their cold therapy or sauna stuff so can’t comment.Can’t say enough good things about them. Definitely stop by if you get the chance

I was in town over the weekend to visit family and dropped in at CrossFit Central Burnet Road for a morning class. This gym was great. Everyone was very friendly and Coach Carey was amazing. I highly recommend stopping in if you are in town or looking for a CF home. Thanks Carey!!

UPDATED review:First timer in the world of CrossFit and my first ever coach was Savannah, who has become not only my inspiration but an awesome supporter in my journey to becoming stronger.Today I finished my second session of elements - which is where you learn the form of CrossFit movements. Savannah is great at explaining and has so much patience! Beyond her expertise, she is sweet and so caring when it comes to your progress. She celebrates my (what I think are small lol) wins and encourages me to push harder. She has also created a safe environment for me to openly ask questions (sometimes too many or repeated ones.) Her passion for CrossFit is shown every single day and I can see it every time she teaches me a movement or tells me that I did a great job today. I look forward to our workouts and it is the reward of my day.If you're looking for a sweet soul who is knowledgeable and so caring, then I highly suggest Savannah ! She has been a huge influence in such little time.Love my CrossFit central people❤️!!

I still train remotely with Coach Zach, even after over ten years of being coached by him in bootcamps, CrossFit classes, and personal training sessions. His dedication and knowledge are unparalleled. He embodies fitness in every aspect of his life and consistently inspires me to believe in my own capabilities. I started out training Crossfit with Zach, then pivoted to focus more on Olympic weightlifting 7 years ago. Zach has a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail in teaching and coaching Olympic lifts, and is truly passionate about the sport. Over the years we've celebrated countless successes together, and worked through a few setbacks. He's a real pro, compassionate coach who meets you where you're at and truly enjoys seeing people succeed. I cannot recommend him enough if you are ready to get serious about the technical aspects of weightlifting.
