A very enjoyable Introduction to Open Water Swimming at Compton Verney Lake with Anita Howe, Do3. Anita our was calm, kind and professional, I felt entirely safe with her watching over our group of 3 “newbies”I’m not the strongest of the swimmers, but there was no pressure to rush, so I just went at my own pace and had a thoroughly wonderful swim.Compton Verney is a glorious place and with tea and home-made cakes available after our swim “what’s not to love?"I will certainly recommend Do3 to my swimming friends. Many thanks to Anita and all the Do3 staff, and volunteer helpers at the lake.

The people running this swim are so friendly. The set up is well organised, and safe. The lake and surroundings are beautiful. Cakes you can buy after the swim are delicious 😃
