The technician was very professional and thorough. He inspected the dryer and identified significant lint and dust buildup in the lint filter and airflow system, which was likely contributing to the dryer taking several hours to dry clothes. He clearly explained the issue and recommended having the dryer vent professionally cleaned since the vent runs inside the wall. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what was happening rather than simply recommending a replacement. Great service and very helpful.

Had a great experience with Philly Appliance Services. Some issues with the delivery from a big box. I was going to have to wait several days to reschedule after a week already without the dishwasher. Philly Appliance Services got there within 5 hours of my call! Harry did great work and gave me some helpful info on keeping the equipment running well. Won’t hesitate to call then again.

This company is fantastic. Saved our rugged old analog Speed Queen dryer and fixed an Antarctic-like broken ice maker in our fridge, with a price for parts and labor that was absolutely reasonable. Courteous, professional and on-time.
