Diamond Edge has been out to my home twice now. Once in early fall to do tree trimming on all five of my trees, four pin oaks and one Bradford pear. Xavier met with me ahead of time to look at the trees, show me what he believed needed to be trimmed, and gave me a free estimate. His team, along with the team at Provision Arbor Care were amazing...let me say that for the folks in back...AMAZING! While trimming the trees, they communicated through a headset system in their very impressive safety helmets and let me know, that one of my pin oaks, which I have nicknamed, The Beast, was splitting from the top down. Xavier gave me some options as to delaying removing the tree but eventually, The Beast, was going to need to be removed. Fast forward to October 2024, when Xavier and Andrew from Diamond Edge and Lucas and Jake from Provision Arbor Care came to cut down this tree. It took almost 10 hours! Watching from, let's not kid, a lawn chair on the front yard, was like watching a choreographed production. The precision of the crane, the work of those up in the trees, the folks on the ground cleaning up...it was artistry and incredibly impressive. Not only the work they did that day, but the clear commitment to safety, maintaining my yard and the driveway of my neighbor, it was all a clear example of excellence and pride in their craft. This 60+ year old pin oak weighed over 20 tons (40,000 pounds) and was about 45" in diameter. I cannot recommend the teams from Diamond Edge and Provision Arbor Care enough! Less

I have been working with Diamond Edge and Xavier along with the entire staff for a number of years for lawn care. They are always highly responsive and professional. More recently I engaged them to install mulch in several flower beds. They conducted a prior evaluation, made recommendations for removal of plant material interfering with the house, (proximity), along with options for different kinds of mulch and provided a prompt quote for the work. The work crew arrived and immediately started additional "cleaning" of the flower beds prior to installation. Asked a number of questions as to how I wanted the mulch installed. Provided edging (spade work) around the flower beds where needed to provide a clean look. Upon completion, cleaned the entire area by blowing off excess mulch and leaving a clean and attractive job! Diamond Edge tackled a huge water run off problem that was ruining our backyard, killing the grass due to deep water from lots adjoining ours. They engineered and installed a grate and piping system, trapping and channeling the excess water and completely mitigating the problem.
