I cannot say enough amazing things about Jerry! He truly made the impossible happen for me. Going into this, I had bad credit, an existing loan, and even a bankruptcy—but somehow, Jerry was able to find a lender and make it all work.On top of that, I’ll admit I was pretty picky when it came to choosing the right vehicle, and he stayed patient and supportive through the entire process until we found the perfect fit. Even after that, when the car arrived and a dash light came on, he handled it immediately. Then when the tires didn’t pass inspection, he stepped up again and got it taken care of without hesitation.What really stands out is that he did all of this while managing multiple doctor visits—yet he never dropped the ball. My grandma always said if your car buying experience is bad or negative you will never enjoy the car. If that is true, it explains why I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new Jeep Wrangler 4xe. I had no intention on purchasing a vehicle from 500 plus miles away. With my current credit situation, I thought I would be lucky to get a car from a local buy here pay here lot. Lol. Honestly I don’t know how I connected with Jerry Knapper but I am soooo glad I did.Jerry made this experience stress free and seamless.
