We’ve had a fantastic experience with the kids program! Coach Max and the team bring such positive, engaging energy to every class, making it a great environment for kids to learn and grow. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and modern, and Dan, the owner, has been incredibly accommodating and welcoming. We’re very happy with our experience so far and would absolutely recommend it to any family looking to get their child involved in martial arts.

Worcester MMA has been amazing in not just training my daughters to defend themselves, but also in providing discipline and respect.The Worcester MMA crew are welcoming, knowledgeable, and as nice as someone trying to tear your shoulder from your socket twice a week can be. Seriously though, kidding aside, I cannot recommend them enough for instruction for all ages.We’ve been going for two years now, and couldn’t be happier with their teaching.

Dropped in for intermediate no-gi had a great time. The head coach was welcoming, as well as the students. I had great rolls with the training partners. The training was safe, respectful, and fun.

I can't say enough good things about WMMA. If you're interested in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, this is hands down the best place to train in Central Mass. Great coaches, solid community, and a welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Highly recommended!

Joined Worcester MMA this spring as a newcomer to the sport. They were super welcoming and had excellent coaching. I learned a lot in the time that I had gone, and love all the coaches and great community in the gym.

Joined brand new to BJJ as a senior in college. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. The coaches are terrific, and there are classes for people of all levels—great gym with an even better culture.
