My business had become very stressful wearing 30 hats trying to deal with answering the phone and running the business. I was definitely sold on the automation part of it because it meant that I could answer my phone and qualify new clients coming into my business without having to lift a finger. In the first month my onboard rate went up 23% because of being able to answer the phone while I was doing other important things in my biz. Next on our list is to make adjustments to my Google Facebook and Linkedin profiles to make sure I can capture more business.
