We installed our water heater thinking we did it right. Well we didn’t. The water would not stop running. The water to the house had to be turned off until we could get a plumber out. I called 3 plumbing company. Robert from Ernie’s was the only plumber that came to help us. He not only hooked up the water heater correctly but he noticed the heater vent was not connected. Robert did not hesitate to go in the attic and connect the vent. Thank goodness he did. No telling what could have happened to my family if we had continued to breathe in the carbon monoxide fumes.
