I've been a member for 8 years now and love it! It's a great way to get in shape, increase mobility and help accomplish everyday tasks. The owner and coaches are well trained and really teach you how to do things correctly and safely. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, encouraging and like family. I come visit family every year for Christmas and drop in for a week or so. The equipment availability is great, and the hours are so inclusive.
