Great staff and service. I started seeing Dr. Kaplansky several years ago when I had a plethora of dental issues. The staff came up with a great treatment plan and gave me options for doing it in stages and within my financial limits. My dental situation has improved tremendously and I still see the staff every 6 months for cleanings. No additional work needed in the last few years.

This was my previous response to the office posting my daughter's protected health information online. We have decided to leave this dental practice and have sought a second opinion. We have been told that further consult should have been done as Dr. Kaplansky is not an orthodontist before our daughter had braces on at age 11. I spoke to an orthodontist and a dentist today who have seen issues with orthodontic care done at this office. I would recommend anyone to seek a second opinion before braces or orthodontic care. We have never had issues with other dental care at this office but have switched our family to a different dentist because we are so very disappointed about the orthodontic care received; highly recommend people seek second opinions!!!!! And the google responses are very concerning. Glad we have moved on. Unfortunately, our insurance only covers braces once. Better guidance would have been helpful. Less

I had a tooth pulled I was in and out within 15 mins. Dr. Kaplansky was excellent as always and the staff is very kind and compassionate.

Took my Dentures into Dr. Kaplansky Dentistry on Route 31 in Gasport, NY and they did a wonderful job getting my dentures to fit in my mouth and not hurting me and so I can eat better and not gag with them in. I say if you need a Dentist that takes their time and understand what you are saying, then go to Dr. Kaplansky's Dentist Office. They are very Professional.

Brought my 4 yo son in for a filling. Dr. Koli was so patient and kind, it made the experience quick and painless for him. They had cartoons for him to watch during the procedure and the doctor sang to him through every step which put him at ease. What a great experience!

After 3 crowns in a months I can say these guys are extremely professional and considerate. They worked around my schedule with later appointments and made my appointments as comfortable as possible.

Great, modern, comfortable dental care

I Called with tooth pain Monday afternoon. They saw me the next morning. Found the problem and when I went to make an appointment to fix it, they were able to get me in right away. Everyone I encountered were pleasant, professional and kind. I was stressed and at times confused. They were patient and gave me extra time to process what I needed to understand before making decisions.

Definitely the best first impression of a dental practice ever!! I wish my dental insurance would show this practice respect and make it easy for them to accept my insurance. However, if the insurance doesn't cover the work required I will go to this practice.

My husband and I were looking for a new dentist and a friend highly recommended Dr. Kaplansky. I called to make appts. and they actually took us both on that same day. I went for my appointment today where I had to receive 2 root canals due to a softball injury. I was very nervous, but Dr. Kaplansky put my mind at ease by explaining what the whole process would be and answering all of my questions. I was so comfortable during the root canals that I almost fell asleep! Everything went very smoothly and I would highly recommend.

Dr Smith and techs are awesome, very caring. However, front desk and billing can't follow through with correct insurance information.

They were able to get me in fast when i was having tooth pain. Every one was nice and helpful. They are willing to help with any concerns or question.

This place is amazing. Everyone was very kind, polite and do it all. I am having issues with my dentures and the few teeth I have left and they will be helping me. The dental hygienist was very good with helping with the pain I have when cleaning.

I went in the office to have a broken tooth extraction. Dr. Koli did my extraction, she gave me the gentlest novocaine shot that I have ever had. When she was done with the procedure I had to ask if she was done because I didn’t feel any pain. Dr. Koli will be doing all my my dental work in the future.

Dr. Kaplanskys office is always extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. Our family is very happy here.

It is alot better then other dentists I have been to. They are very friendly and they call and check in with you after having teeth pulled. Would highly recommend.

Ate some taffy and had a crown pulled off. Called the office and was offered an appointment same day but couldn't make it. I was then given an appointment less than 24 hours later. I filled out the new patient forms and was seen quickly. They replaced my crown, and it immediately felt better than it had before it came off.

I took my 2 year old here for the first time and the staff was nothing but amazing. They were so kind and made sure she was happy and explained everything to her before they did it. She was even sad to leave when the appointment was over. A great experience that was better than we could have hoped for!

The service was supper the people vary kind and friendly , supper place to go to but 388 for a tooth extraction is out of line and 40 for a hand held x ray is a lot also. But service was great friendly sraff.

I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr Kaplansky for dental implants, I arrive at the office to my surprise Dr Kaplansky wasn't working because he's not at that office on fridays. The TV commercial stated that the consultation was free after being x-rayed and examined,I was charged a fee. I will cancel my future appoinment and look for another dentist.

Yesterday morning when a piece of my temporary crown broke off in my mouth, Dr. Kaplanski's staff asked me to come right over and they put in my permanent crown. They are all so friendly and positive and went to great lengths to make sure my bite was even. I love this place!

Cracked a molar (18) pretty bad. After a consultation with Dr Sam, decided to remove it. Procedure went very well. Just want to say thanks for the emergency removal.
