My girlfriend went here because she no longer lives close to her usual oil change garage. Within seconds of her arrival they told her the plug on her oil pan sump was stripped "by the last people who changed her oil" They quickly pushed her out the door and told her they could not help. So we went to her old place who has changed her oil since the car was purchased. By the time we got to the garage there was a puddle of oil on the ground. We put the car up on the lift and you could visibly see oil leaking from the stripped plug. They told us this was new damage that was just done, they explained if they had done this 6 months ago when they changed the oil the oil light would have come on and there would have been no oil in the car within a day. No only did Costa Oil damage her car, they put her in danger forcing her to drive away leaking oil. They will absolutely not confess guilt and are sticking to the story that makes no sense. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs! a simple $60 oil change has now turned into a week long $600 repair because of these guys. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! The owner even pretended like he was going to pay for the repairs until we sent him the bill then he totally ghosted us. -5 stars for these turds running this business 👎👎👎👎👎 Less
