I attended early morning classes whilst visiting from overseas and had the best time training with the Team at Crossfit Ampthill. The coaches were friendly and knowledgeable and the members welcoming. Wish I could’ve stayed and trained with this crew for longer. ❤️

Mixture of weights and aerobic exercise. Very hot on technique which is good. Small, friendly groups. Work to your own ability.

CrossFit Ampthill cannot be recommended enough. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you have or what your fitness goal is. There’s something for everybody and the level of coaching is second to none. The best part is the community that can be found at the box. Everyone is welcoming and there’s plenty of encouragement to be found. If you’re thinking about. Just do it.

I got in to CrossFit last June as I wanted to get my fitness back. I couldn’t have found a better place to do so! The coaches and everybody who takes part at CrossFit Ampthill make you feel part of the team no matter what your skill/fitness level is. It’s a real community. I’ve really taken to CrossFit and now I can’t get enough! CrossFit Ampthill is THE place to be.

I visited while staying nearby. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The coaching was great and I was treated like the rest of the members. Would definitely come back if I'm nearby again!

What a great place to train! A maximum of eight people per class, so you know you're being well looked after. Never the same work out twice, so plenty of variety, and the instructors will tailor the workout to your level of ability, what ever that is. Fab!

Amazing coaching & friendly welcome.

After completing my on ramp just over a year ago, I've seen my fitness and technique increase month after month thanks to the brilliant coaching and inspiring and friendly community. Crossfit has taken my mind and body to limits I never would normally train too. Crossfit Ampthill is simply a superb box to train in.

Crossfit Ampthill is such a great place to train! The coaches are great and really encouraging. Other members are so supportive. Love that every day there is a different workout and a mixture of cardio and strength. I have pushed myself more than ever since joining.

I've trained at a quite a few different crossfit boxes and I can honestly say this is the best I've been to. The level of coaching and attention to the individuals performace and progression is better than anywhere else I've found. The sense of community is great and it makes anyone feel welcome whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro! Highly reccomended.

The reason I joined Ampthill is for the quality of the coaching to help me improve my skills and techniques in order to compete. The programming is relevant and specific and the one to one programming available definitely worth it. The community is phenomenal with all sorts of backgrounds and crazy nutters like myself pushing our pain barriers to the limits!

If I could give ten stars, I would!!!! The best workout mentally and physically. Fantastic inclusive staff and members who are nothing but positive and encouraging to every level of person who walks thru the door.
