As a small business owner and local real estate broker, I would like to say my books in the early years were organized and maintained adequately by the professionals I had hired at the time. This was NOT the case, and after going through 2 bookkeepers who I thought had my best interests at heart, I felt very frustrated and unorganized on where the monies were going and my tax liabilities. I stumbled across Caryn at OBB on Instagram and we connected on a zoom call - and immediately knew she was the numbers wizard I needed. My QB online software has never been more organized and "dumbed" down for me, (me) who doesn't understand all those P&L's and balance sheets - she has been an absolute lifesaver and I am so excited to see my 2024 books in a whole new manner. And the fact that she offers monthly zoom meetings, so we can go over my books, and I can ask questions without feeling like I'm bugging her is huge. My company switched to Quickbooks in June 2023. Caryn with Olive Branch Bookkeeping, transferred all the data and files from our previous accounting program and set up everything in Quickbooks, she then did several training sessions with me. If I have any questions or need help she is always available. I would 100% recommend Olive Branch Bookkeeping.
