We hired Owens Corning “Platinum” Allstate Exteriors and Restoration (also known as Allstate Exteriors) to replace our roof after Hurricane Ian. Their contract promised “an amazing install” but instead the crew installed a defective roof and caused damage to our house inside and out. After Allstate Exteriors installed the underlayment, it rained in our house in more than 10 places at the same time. After the shingles were installed the roof FAILED final inspection two times. When we addressed our concerns, they responded by sending us a notice of lien, threatened to charge us 1.5% interest for every month we did not pay our invoice in full and to cancel our warranty. We had numerous professional inspections and have 100s of pictures documenting a long list of problems with the roof Allstate Exteriors installed on our house. Pictures don’t lie. After getting results from the inspections, we asked Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof because we hired them to install a “new” roof not a defective roof that is patched in over 100 places. After waiting a year we requested Allstate Exteriors to refund the money we paid them and asked them pay for the damages their crew caused inside and outside of our house. We waited for almost a year and a half for Allstate Exteriors to do the right thing… they never did. We had to fire Allstate Exteriors and hire and pay a new contractor to replace our roof. Less

Shout out to office manager Violet, field supervisor Jeremy, crew manager Philip and field rep Marc at Allstate Exterior's Palm Bay office for guiding the replacement and upgrade of my roof after it was damaged by hail from a thunderstorm in late April. I did not think it qualified for repair, but Marc spotted damage and encouraged me to contact my insurer for an inspection. He was right, and the insurer offered to replace the roof for $23,000. Allstate's corporate office reviewed the insurer's offer, found it to be lacking and/or insufficient, and negotiated on my behalf to get everything replaced, including gutters, for $29,000. I am a hands-on, eco-oriented homeowner who wanted his roof and drainage done a certain way. Jeremy worked easily and fluidly with me. He even improved the circulation in my attic and upgraded the gutters. Philip kept an eye on the worksite until completion and swept the yard several times for nails. Back in the office, Violet was the glue who kept the paperwork and communication flowing and answered all my questions. I am happy with the end result and have already referred this crew to a close friend. Less

The job Forman Phillip was friendly and professional and the owner Jermey even showed up to make sure what need to be repaired was repaired and that my insurance company gave them the money needed to make the repairs. John from Allstate came out today to meet my insurance claim adjuster and to help me fix my roof. Very thoughtful review of my problem and I have confidence he will fix our leaking roof. He's also very personable.

John and Joe were phenomenal. They arrived on time and ready to go. They did a thorough inspection and found that out roof, although in the area of the hailstorm had survived with no damage or missing shingles. They gave us a clean bill of health. Thank you guys for the check up, and putting are minds at ease. .
