The price was very reasonable and gave me 24/7 access to the gym, plus a great variety of fitness and conditioning classes.The instructors are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—they lead each class with energy and encouragement, striking the perfect balance between fun and challenging.The facility is bright, welcoming, and clean. and equipped with a full range of modern cardio and strength training equipment —comparable to what you'd find in much larger city gyms, but with a more personal, community-focused vibe.

I enjoyed my first yoga class at Embrace It Fitness today, and it won’t be my last! Very easy class booking and arrival check -in systems, and the class was a great full body stretch. I will be back next week for sure! We are lucky to have this gem in our little town!
