I have water damage and mold in my basement kitchen and The Flood Company has been so wonderful to work with on the repairs! I live in Heber and it can be difficult to find companies willing to drive up here. Christian came out to do the inspection and even made sure to meet with our insurance adjuster. Chris has been our technician and has done such a great job! He meticulously organized all of the hardware from the cabinets he had to remove so that we'll be able to easily reinstall them when the time comes. He has been so friendly and explained everything he's done along the way!

Had a sewer backup into my basement, causing drywall and carpet damage. Christian did a nice job of assessing the damage, reviewing options, and got his guys out for emergency repairs. Chris and Pablo removed damaged carpet, set up fans and dehumidifier. All promptly and professionally done! Very satisfied!

Came down one morning to find fresh water damage in our ceiling. One quick panicked google search and we found the Flood Co. We called and we had help here to assess within 30 minutes! Take down and finding the issue happened within hours. We ended up needing to call the after hour line one night at 8pm and again, they were here within 30 minutes. We were so impressed throughout the whole process with the communication/expectations, assistance with insurance, and repairs. Heaven forbid we ever have water damage again, we know who we will be calling. Special thanks to Blake, Sebastian, Chris, Mowgli, Sam, and Mark. Each of them helped us make this process a little more bearable. Highly recommend!

They showed up 1 hr after calling. Checked the extent of a water leak. Gave me an estimate and showed me how to fix the issue myself if I wanted to. Quick, knowledgeable, polite, and not trying to break the bank. Five stars.
